Job Responsibilities:

  • Support client servicing team in project coordination and administrative duties

  • Client services support: coordinate with clients on approval, timeline, agreements, quotations and billings; coordinate with suppliers on work requirements, costs and deadlines; data, record, reports and word processing using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF; internal and external communications handling using MS Outlook and Exchange email and regular mail; some Chinese/English translation and proofreading; news media monitoring (traditional, digital and social media)
  • Administrative support: Accurate and timely hard copy and soft copy filing; glossary and library update; answering phones and receiving visitors with professional manner; organizing meetings and video/teleconference meetings; manage and basic trouble shoot phone, computer and internet systems; maintain office and supplies; coordinate mail and courier

  • Experience using Adobe Professional
  • Knowledge in digital and social media a plus

  • Has a strong ability to develop story ideas and write content as well as performing public relations activities (e.g. press releases, media events, story pitching, earned and paid coverage, etc.) and social media engagement activities (including crafting, uploading, and tracking posts across various social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, WeChat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Weibo) in support of our company and clients’ marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain editorial calendars, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication.
  • Monitor and track performance of posts, prepare reports, perform analysis (including preparing and documenting actionable insights) and share data as directed.
  • Engage and communicate with our traditional and social media audiences.
  • Implement initiatives to build network.
  • Proactively bring new ideas to the table.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and engaging content relevant to each medium and platform.
  • Stay on top of current trends, recommending appropriate opportunities for the brand.
